Circle K International at CSU Channel Islands was established by the original executive board consisting of Noah Tyler Ratley (President), Andrew D'Incognito (Vice President) and Kazuhiro Fujita (Secretary-Treasurer) in the summer of 2018.
The club was officially chartered by the original executive board through the Kiwanis Club of Thousand Oaks on March 18th, 2019. Their sister club is the California Lutheran University chapter while the Ventura College chapter is the closest.
